1/2 cup sugar 1/3 cup flour, or 2 tbl. cornstarch 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 4 cups fresh blueberies 1 tbl. lemon juice 2 tbl. butter
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Prepare pastry. Stir together sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Mix with the berries. Turn into pie shell. Sprinkle with lemon juice, and dot with butter. Cover with top crust. Seal and flute the crust. Cut slits in the top crust. Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until top is golden brown.
