1/2 cup diced pineapple 3/4 cup diced mango 3/4 cup diced papaya 1/2 cup diced green apple 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper 2 tbl. rice vinegar 1 tbl. minced fresh cilantro 4 tsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
Combine all ingredients. Cover; chill before serving. (May be prepared one day in advance.)
