2 cups cranberries (fresh or frozen) 1 cup chopped yellow or red onions 1/2 cup fresh orange juice The zest from 1 orange 1 Jalapeno chile, seeded and chopped 1/2 tp. Ginger 2 tbl. + 2 tsp. brown sugar 1 tsp. Honey 1-1/2 tbl. Rice wine vinegar 1 tbl. Tabasco sauce 2 tbl. Chopped cilantro
Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil, then remove it from the heat and let it cool while stirring carefully. Try not to split the cranberries! Chill before serving, or serve the sauce hot.
