4 ears fresh corn kernels 4 tomatoes, chopped 1 hot yellow banana pepper, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup chopped green bell pepper 1 tbl. chopped fresh basil 1 tbl. chopped fresh sage 1 tbl. chopped fresh thyme 1 lemon, juiced 2 tsp. olive oil Directions 1In a large bowl, mix together corn kernels, tomatoes, hot yellow banana pepper, garlic, green bell pepper, basil, sage, thyme, lemon juice and olive oil. Cover and chill in the refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving.
