6 medium tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped 1 medium onion, chopped 1 Tbl. Fresh parsley, 1 tsp. Fresh cilantro, chopped fine 6 - 8 green chiles, roasted, peeled and chopped fine or 2 small cans Ortega diced green chiles 8 green onions (green part only) chopped 2 (4oz) cans of tomatillo sauce 5-6 dashes of green Jalapeno Tabasco Sauce juice of 1 lime Combine all ingredients and mix together. Makes about 4 cups.
