1 cup all-purpose flour 1/3 cup whole-wheat flour 1/2 cup buckwheat flour 2 tbl sugar 1 tsp baking soda 4 tsp baking powder 2 eggs; slightly beaten 4 tbl butter; melted 1-1/2 cups buttermilk 1/2 cup milk 2 ripe bananas; mashed In a large bowl, combine flours, sugar, salt, baking soda and baking powder. In another bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add liquid mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring well. Drop by 1/3 cupfuls onto a 340 degree griddle.
