3 lbs. deer meat 3 c. water 2 tbsp. salt 2 tbsp. pepper 2 c. soy sauce 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp. A-1 sauce 2 tbsp. minced garlic - garlic powder
Mix all ingredients together. Soak meat for 24 hours in a covered pan in refrigerator. Bake at 200 degrees for 3 hours.
