Ingredients (use vegan versions):- 1 cup vegan soymilk (vanilla is my favorite)
- 2 oz silken tofu
- 2 cups frozen strawberries (or whatever fruit you choose, this is my fav)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoon vegan maple syrup (or your own sweetener)
Directions:I like to mix the soy, tofu, vanilla and syrup first to make sure it is all blended then add the strawberries. This is what I eat for breakfast everyday. You can switch the fruit of your choice. It really fills you up and will last well into lunch. Hope you enjoy! Serves: 1 Preparation time: 3
