A Special Smoothie

Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 1 cup vegan soymilk (vanilla is my favorite)
  • 2 oz silken tofu
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries (or whatever fruit you choose, this is my fav)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoon vegan maple syrup (or your own sweetener)
Directions:

I like to mix the soy, tofu, vanilla and syrup first to make sure it is all blended then add the strawberries.

This is what I eat for breakfast everyday. You can switch the fruit of your choice. It really fills you up and will last well into lunch.
