These are absolutely delicious.
1/4 lb diced cooked bacon 2 medium thinly sliced onions 4 medium thinly sliced potatoes 1/2 lb shredded cheddar cheese salt and pepper butter
Line a crockpot with aluminum foil, leaving enough to over lap potatoes when finished. Layer half of the bacon, onions, potatoes and cheese in crockpot. Season with salt and pepper and a dot of butter. Repeat layers of bacon, onions, potatoes and cheese. Dot with butter. Overlap with remaining foil. Cover and cook on LOW setting for 8 to 9 hours
