3-4 lb. pork roast 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup orange marmalade (or apricot preserves) 1 tablespoon catsup 1 (or more!) garlic clove, crushed
Combine soy sauce, marmalade, catsup and garlic. Brush all over the roast. Place in a slow cooker/Crock Pot and pour remaining sauce over all. Cover and cook on LOW all day, at least 10 hours
