1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. soda 1/4 tsp. allspice 1/2 c. quick rolled oats 1/2 c. raisins 1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce 1 egg, beaten 1/4 c. shortening 2 tsp. vanilla Optional: 1/4 tsp. orange flavoring, nutmeats
Mix moist ingredients and dry ingredients. Drop on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Yield: 1 1/2 dozen.
