NOTE: For any of these recipes you can use flannel squares, or thin baby washcloths, or diapers cut into squares. These may also be used as toddler wipes, when your child is potty trained. A lot less expensive and a lot less additives!
Step One: Strong paper towels (Such as Bounty double quilted) work the best. Cut one roll of paper towels in half. Take out the core so wipes pull out of the center.
Step Two: Make solution.
2 cups water 1/2 cup of baby oil 1/2 cup baby magic baby bath
Step Three: Place 1/2 roll of paper towels in container. Pour solution over towels. Store in container. Makes 2-1/2 rolls. ________________________________________________________
RECIPE # 2 1 cup boiling water 1 tablespoon baby lotion 1 tablespoon baby soap 1 tablespoon baby oil
Place 1/2 roll of paper towels in container. Pour solution over towels. Store in container. Makes 1/2 roll. ________________________________________________________ RECIPE # 3 2 cups boiled water, 2 Tablespoons baby oil, 2 Tablespoons baby shampoo 1/2 a roll of Bounty. ________________________________________________________
RECIPE # 4 1 cup distilled water 4 drops tea tree oil (natural antibacterial) 4 drops lavender essential oil (calming, soothing) ________________________________________________________
RECIPE #5 1 2.5-3 Quart round Rubbermaid container
1-1/2 roll of Bounty Double Quilted Big Roll Paper Towels 2 cups water 2 tablespoons baby wash, Any scent you like, such as Nightime Bath 1 tablespoon baby oil
Place towels in container. Bring water to a boil, stir in wash and oil. Pour over Paper towels. Cover and wait for 20 minutes for them to cool off. Remove softened cardboard center and dispense wipes from center of the roll. ________________________________________________________
RECIPE # 6 Use cloth wipes made from flannel. Just plain boiled and cooled water. Voila' No chemicals at all. ___________________________________________________________
RECIPE # 7
1/4 cup Aloe Vera juice 4 drops Lavender essential oil 1/2 roll paper towels-lengthwise 1/4 cup water 2 drops Tea Tree oil
Mix the ingredients together and shake well. Paper towels should be placed in the container you plan to use. If you can't find a container to fit; cut the paper towels in 1/2 the other way. Fold the pieces left behind into an old wipes container. Pour mixture over the paper towels.
