1 egg, beaten 1/3 cup oil 2 cups flour 3 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 cups almonds, chopped 3/4 cup milk 1/2 tsp. almond extract 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 1/8 tsp. salt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix the beaten egg with the milk, oil and almond extract. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt and chopped almonds. Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and mix just to combine. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
