1/2 cup nonfat yogurt 8 ounces nonfat milk 2 tablespoons frozen apple juice concentrate Dash ground cinnamon 1/2 whole green apple, seeded and cut into pieces
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. You can add ice while blending if desired.
Makes 1 (12 ounce) serving.
