1/4 cup self-rising flour 1 3-1/2 ounce pkg. banana pudding mix 1/2 cup milk 3 tbl. butter or margarine,softened 1 egg 2 banana 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened 1/3 cup sugar 2 tbl. milk 1 tbl. lime juice 1/2 tsp. rum extract Banana slices Preheat oven to 350°. Grease an 8-inch springform pan with butter.
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and pudding mix; add milk, butter, and egg. Beat for 2 minutes. Pour into prepared springform pan. Slice bananas; arrange slices on top of the batter. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, milk, lime juice, and rum extract; beat until smooth. Spoon over bananas; carefully spread to cover.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until center is set. Cool for 15 minutes. Loosen crust from sides of pan. Chill at least 2 hours before serving. Remove sides of pan; arrange banana slices around the edges.
