2 cups all-purpose flour 1-1/2 tbl. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 2 cups packed brown sugar 1/2 cup flaked coconut 1/2 cup chopped pecans 1/2 cup butterscotch chips 3/4 cup butter, softened 2 beaten eggs 2 tsp. vanilla
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add butter, eggs and vanilla. Mix until well blended. Add butterscotch chips, coconut and pecans. Spread batter evenly into a greased 9 by 13 inch pan. Bake at 375* for 25 minutes. Cool.
