1 cup butter 1/2 cup sugar 1 tsp. almond extract 2-1/3 cups flour
Cream the butter. Gradually add sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and extract. Gradually blend in flour. Fill a cookie press with 1/4 cup of dough at a time. Form desired shapes on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350* for 8-10 minutes.
