2-1/4 cups whole wheat flour 1 egg 1/4 cup applesauce 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1 beef or chicken bouillion cube 1/2 cup hot water 1 tbl. honey 1 tbl molasses 1 cup Carob
Mix all the ingredients together until well blended. Knead the dough 2 minutes on a lightly floured surface. Roll to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut out the biscuits with a cookie cutter or inverted water glass. Bake at 300* on an ungreased cookie sheet for 30 minutes. Melt Carob chips in a microwave. Dip the cooled biscuits in the Carob mixture. Let cool.
